How can I watch every Tempo game in 2026?

The WNBA's broadcast partners are ION (free OTA), CBS, ESPN/ABC, and the WNBA League Pass for everything else. Roughly 25–30 of a team's 40 regular-season games stream live nationally; out-of-market games need WNBA League Pass ($39.99/yr — the cheapest league pass in major sports).

What's the cheapest way to watch the Tempo from Toronto?

An antenna covers ION, CBS, and ABC games — that's a chunk of the schedule for free. Add the WNBA League Pass ($39.99/yr) for everything else. Total: ~$70 covers a full season including playoffs. The WNBA is the most antenna-friendly major US sport — even more so than the NFL by percentage.

What if I'm out of market?

Less of an issue than other sports. WNBA League Pass ($39.99/yr) covers out-of-market games. National broadcasts on ABC, CBS, ION, and ESPN play the same regardless of where you live. The only friction: ESPN games require ESPN access (live TV bundle, ESPN Unlimited, or a YouTube TV trial).

Can I watch the Tempo with just an antenna?

A surprisingly large chunk — yes. ION carries the most WNBA games of any single network. CBS and ABC pick up the marquee matchups. Add up an antenna's coverage of ION + CBS + ABC and you're seeing 15–20 Tempo games for free, plus the WNBA Finals (which air on ABC).

Do I need WNBA League Pass?

For most fans, yes — but it's the cheapest league pass in major sports at $39.99/yr. Covers every regular-season out-of-market game live, with on-demand replays. Skip it only if you live in market and exclusively watch your home team's broadcasts.

What about Tempo playoff games?

WNBA Playoffs run on ESPN/ESPN2 and ABC. The Finals are on ABC — antenna covers every Finals game free. ESPN-only games need a live TV bundle, ESPN Unlimited ($31.99/mo, prorate to one playoff month), or a YouTube TV trial timed to the postseason.

How does HuddleMaxx specifically save me money on Tempo coverage?

Same way every fan saves: your Tempo plan is free — mapped to the Tempo's 2026 schedule, it shows exactly which streaming services to subscribe to, which months to start, and when to cancel. Recalculate it on this page any time. Pro ($14.99/year) stacks every team you follow into one optimized plan and emails you the day to start and cancel each service, so you don't pay for one after the last game you need it for. Most WNBA fans save $200–$700 a season.
